How does Bebénique handle my order? |

When you place your order with us you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the order has been processed.
Shortly thereafter, baby's goodies will leave our store and you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.

| How can I track my package? |
|
|
You can go to our partner carrier websites www.ups.com or www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to retrieve package location information.

Does the time I place my order affect when it arrives? |
|
|
Absolutely. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Please note that international orders will take 7-10 days with the express option and 2-6 weeks with parcel post.
