How does Bebénique handle my order?
When you place your order with us you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the order has been processed. Shortly thereafter, baby's goodies will leave our store and you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.
How can I track my package?
You can go to our partner carrier websites www.ups.com or www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to retrieve package location information.
Does the time I place my order affect when it arrives?
Absolutely. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Please note that international orders will take 7-10 days with the express option and 2-6 weeks with parcel post.
