Exchanges and Returns
We are happy to process your returns or exchanges. You may return your purchase within 15 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied. Returned items are accepted in its original condition, not worn or washed, for a refund. The refund does not include shipping and handling costs; including taxes and tariffs on international purchases. The credit card used at purchase will be credited within 4-6 weeks or one billing cycle (time it will take to see credit on your card statement).
If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place an order for the new item. If you received a gift and would like to return it, we'll tender you a Bebénique credit toward your next purchase. Personalized items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Please follow the instructions below when returning merchandise:
  • Complete the Return Form (on the bottom half of the invoice), including reason, and quantity.
  • Place merchandise and completed Return Form in a secured box.
  • Mail merchandise to:

  • We recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation) to ensure receipt of your return.
  • We will send you an e-mail notification when we receive your return.
Those returning gifts will receive a phone call or e-mail with a store credit number to be used towards your next purchase.
