What are the benefits of setting up "My Account" with Bebénique?
When you create your shopping account with Bebénique you'll receive more personalized service. You'll shop faster and will be able to manage your account information, which includes, order history/status, registries, gift certificate balances and more.
How do I sign up for "My Account"?
Click on the "my account" link located just below our logo. The next page will take you to an account area where you can register as a "new customer". Once you have completed our brief registration form you will be able to begin shopping for that cherished baby. For your convenience, a welcome e-mail will also be sent as a registration reminder.
How do I place an order?
You have arrived at the detailed product page and excited about purchasing that darling outfit. Here's what you do. Choose a size. Click "Add to Bag". When you are done shopping, click the "shopping bag" link in the navigation bar or checkout button on product page and proceed to checkout.
Why is the item I chose not available in the size I desired?
We have divided our collections into two parts: fashions and layettes. Layettes focus on baby essentials, and sizes range from newborn to 12 months. Fashions are either complete outfits, tops, or bottoms, and sizes range from 6 months to 3T. Most layette items are available in larger sizes.
I haven't selected any items. Why are there items in my shopping bag? Can I remove them?
For your convenience, your shopping bag will keep the items you selected in a prior shopping session at bebenique.com. Often you may be called away in the middle of shopping and not get the chance to complete your transaction. Once you have checked out and your order is completed your shopping bag will return to 0. You can also click on 'shopping bag' and edit items by clicking remove.
Can I order by phone?
A Bebénique Customer Service Associate will be more than happy to take your phone order. Please call us toll free at 1-866-843-2323. We are available to take phone orders Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. To expedite your call, have the item description, size, and quantity desired on hand. We are sorry, for credit card security, we are unable to accept orders via e-mail or fax.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Before completing the checkout process you can review your shopping bag items and add or delete items from your bag. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. If you'd like to cancel your order before shipping, you will have to contact a Bebénique Customer Service Associate toll free at 1-866-843-2323 within an hour of your order submission. Please note: Electronic gift certificate orders cannot be canceled or changed.
I'd like to ship the items in my order to multiple addresses.
If you would like to ship to more than one ship to address, please email us at customerserve@bebenique.com and reference your order number in the subject field. In the body of the email please include the addresses and items from the order the recipients will be receiving.
I live outside of the United States. Can I place an order with Bebénique?
At this time, we only accept orders from the continental United States and Canada.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Bebénique electronic gift certificates and Bebénique paper gift certificates.
Is my credit card information secure?
When your credit card information is being transmitted from your computer to our servers it is being secured through an SSL(Secured Sockets Layer). SSL technology is a transaction security standard that provides data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity. It is widely used and trusted by the e-commerce industry. To confirm that your credit card information is being transmitted via SSL look out for the "https:..." in your web address field.
Do I have to pay an online sales tax for my order?
There is a lot of congressional debate over Internet Sales Tax as of late. However, sales taxes will only be charged on orders placed and received within the State of California.
What is your credit card charge policy?
With the exception of personalized or custom orders, your credit card is charged when your items are shipped. For personalized or made-to-order items, your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order. If your order is comprised of a mix of items (i.e. customized and regular items), then your card will be charged the full amount when non-customized items are shipped.
What does Bebénique mean?
The name Bebénique was selected because it represents our company's philosophy; every baby is unique. Derived from the composition of two words, so to speak. Bebé is the Spanish word for baby and "nique" is derived from a truncated "unique".
Does Bebénique have a catalog?
Currently we do not, but we are working hard to get it to print. If you're interested in receiving a catalog, drop us a note with your name and address at catalog@bebénique.com
